(Munich, 12 May 2010) Interhyp AG, Germany's largest residential mortgage broker, in the first quarter of 2010 brokered 8,958 residential mortgages (Q1 2009: 8,015) and thus grew the mortgage volume by 20 percent to 1.340 billion Euros (Q1 2009: EUR 1.116 billion). Net revenues came to 13.6 million Euros (Q1 2009: EUR 13.3 million). Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) were at 0.2 million Euros (Q1 2009: EUR 0.2 million), net income was at 0.1 million Euros (Q1 2009: EUR 0.3 million).
